Your immune system is under attack every day, due to so many factors like; stress, lack of rest, and poor diet. These three situations all contribute to reduing the strength of your immune system and weakening your body’s response, and folks its all about response. I don’t know about you reading this, but I certainly know that if I don’t keep active, especially during the colder months, my immune system will just pack it in. There is so much evidence to support more physical activity with great immune defence in the colder months.
